We understand how stressful it can be to lose a personal item. At Raftar, we’re committed to helping you reconnect with your belongings as quickly as possible.

If you think you left something behind during your ride, please follow the steps below or fill out the form to report the lost item.

Before You Fill the Form

  • Review Your Ride History
    Open the Raftar Passenger App and check the trip during which you may have lost your item.

  • Try Calling Your Driver
    If it’s within a few hours of your ride, you may be able to call the driver directly from the app.

  • Still No Luck? Fill Out the Form Below
    Our support team will do their best to assist and contact the driver on your behalf.
