How we share the ride.

Every ride with Raftar is built on trust, fairness, and Afghan values. Together, we move forward with respect and dignity.

At Raftar, every ride is more than just a trip — it’s a shared experience between real people. That’s why we ask both riders and drivers to treat each other with respect, dignity, and care. Together, we can build a safer and more welcoming transportation culture in Afghanistan.

  • We look out for each other with kindness and patience.

  • We respect each other’s space — whether it’s quiet or a conversation.

  • We never cross personal boundaries — physical or verbal.

  • We value differences and avoid judgment or unnecessary opinions.

  • We’re mindful when sharing stories, taking phone calls, or playing music — always making sure others are comfortable.

  • We treat each other’s time and property with care — especially the driver’s car.

  • We avoid inappropriate behavior, loud arguments, or anything that makes someone feel unsafe or uncomfortable.

Raftar is for everyone — and we all have a part to play in keeping it respectful and professional.

At Raftar, we believe a safe ride is everyone’s responsibility — riders and drivers alike. By showing up with honesty, awareness, and respect, you help keep our community secure for all.

  • You keep illegal substances, cigarettes, and weapons out of the car.

  • You arrive on time and at the right location, as promised.

  • You use your real name and a clear profile photo so the driver knows who to expect.

Every small act of honesty and respect adds up to a safer ride — for you and everyone else on the road.

Raftar is built on trust between riders and drivers. That means speaking up when something goes wrong — and doing your part to keep the ride fair for everyone involved.

  • Share honest feedback and ratings after each trip to help improve the experience for everyone. Whether it’s a smooth ride, a clean car, or respectful behavior — your 5-star feedback encourages great service.

  • If something goes wrong, explain it clearly in your rating so we can fix the issue and protect others.

  • All rides are paid in cash. Riders must pay the exact amount agreed upon at booking, directly to the driver after the ride.

  • Drivers are not allowed to ask for more than the agreed fare. Respect the price set in the app — it’s based on mutual agreement.

When everyone plays fair, we all move forward together — with trust, dignity, and accountability.
